Our greens turf is grown on a very sandy soil with low levels of silt and clay, for at least 14 months - the perfect time to lift turf of this type, when it is strong to handle. A regular verti-cutting programme is carried out in order to remove any thatch, and it is maintained at a height of 6 - 7mm.
It comes highly recommended by Golf and Bowling green keepers across the UK.
A nationwide next-day delivery is available, and we also offer a mechanical off-loading facility for larger orders. *

* For smaller orders lorries with a tail-lift are used. This means a kerbside delivery is guaranteed, but we cannot offload onto gravel or soft ground - we will deliver as close as possible to the property address if access allows (access must be on hard roads).
